Kara Swisher shares what she tried to live forever.

That means talking to all the rich tech bros, jacked dude influencers and more to break down what they’re doing to outsmart mortality. She flips between reporter and test subject as she not only investigates but actually tries all of these unconventional life-extending technologies. We sat down with her last month to see just how far she went and...spoiler...ketamine was involved.

CNN: How many things did you try?

Kara: I tried things like red light therapy or hyperbaric chambers. I tried ketamine, GLP-1s, V02 max, face stuff in Korea and new robotic exoskeletons.

CNN: Wait, a hyperbaric chamber sounds intense! Was it worth price of admission?

Kara: They like to add on these bells and whistles so that you pay more money, and you think you’re doing something special.

CNN: What should we know about chat bots?

Kara: I don’t call them chat bots. That’s a very friendly name for what’s a synthetic relationship and by synthetic, I mean nobody’s there.

CNN: What would you not try?

Kara: I wouldn't, like, get my son to give me a gallon of his blood so I can have younger blood or something like that. It’s real nonsense.

CNN: What are people getting wrong in the quest to live longer?

Kara: You want to figure out ways you can make your life more healthy for the longest amount of time.
